We took a stance the category is avoiding. As recruitment automates, Sentient goes the other way. Everything followed from that: a brand story built on the meaning of their name, founder access front and centre, three clearly defined services, proof in numbers rather than adjectives, photography art direction, and a website built to win them more senior searches.
